  • I offer a limited number of 1:1 coaching packages to care and justice oriented leaders. Coaching is tailored to your individual needs, and can include:

    • Organizational Change Management: Confidently guiding teams through internal and external crisis and organizational change.

    • Communication Skills & Practices: Often, it is not what we say – it is how we sa​​y it. Sessions can focus on specific communication issues or larger skill sets and scripts.

    • Diverse Team Management: How to manage team members of diverse backgrounds and skill sets to achieve goals, while also practicing intersectional politics (as well as responding to critique around mistakes and failures to be inclusive).

    • Managing Up & Down: Strategies to efficiently work with the board, the leadership team, or your manager.

    • Getting into the Weeds: Leadership often means tackling large and convoluted problems. During sessions, I will teach specific skills and approaches to identifying and tackling big problems.
